SunEdison and Q-Cells International USA Sign 800 MW Development Agreement

SunEdison, North America's largest solar energy services provider, today announced that the company has entered into a 5-year, 800 MW development agreement in North America with Q-Cells International USA Corporation.
Under the development agreement, Q-Cells will dedicate solar modules to meet total capacity of up to 800 MW. In addition, the companies will jointly develop and operate PV solar power systems in North America.

Q-Cells International USA Corp. is a subsidiary of Q-Cells AG (QCE: WKN 555866), the largest manufacturer of solar cells worldwide.
